1. Consent to treatment is mandatory. All patients will be provided with a consent form to read and sign prior to any examinations or procedures being carried out.

2. The gold standard treatment for wax removal is microsuction. However should this not be possible, syringing and/or manual techniques may be used. The  audiologist will discuss this with you should the need arise.

3. All Services will be payable during the visit

4. Appointments can be rearranged up to 24 hours in beforehand

5. Cancellations should be 24 hours prior to the appointment (by phone call)

6. There is no special price for ‘one-ear-only’ or ‘no wax’ appointments. If there is no actual blockage, we conduct an Ear Health Consultation to understand the cause of the perceived blockage.

7. We have a zero tolerance approach against abuse.

8.  If a follow up visit is required,  there is no cost to this service so long as its within 2 weeks of the original appointment.
